Sales Process

SALES PROCESS

For Devices:
FP9, SU9, MI9, CH9, FBCA9 and Bundles

1. Your Inquiry
Simply send us your order request — for the FP9 base unit, please include your preferred color combination.
We’ll confirm receipt of your request and get in touch if we need any additional information.

2. Order Queue & Response
All requests are processed in the order they are received.
You’ll either receive your purchase contract right away or a short message letting you know when to expect it.

3. Purchase Contract & Deposit
Before production begins, we’ll send you the purchase contract.
Please sign and return it, then transfer a 50% deposit within 7 business days.

4. Production & Completion
Once your deposit has been received (we’ll send you a confirmation), production of your device will begin.
After approximately two months, your device will be completed and ready for pickup.

5. Digital Materials (FP9 & FP9 Bundles Only)
After the deposit payment, you’ll receive a digital training package and the user manual – available in German or English.

6. Progress Updates
We’ll keep you informed about the production progress of your device.

7. Pickup & Training (FP9 & FP9 Bundles Only)
Once your device has been completed and successfully tested, we’ll arrange an appointment for training and pickup.

8. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid before the training (FP9 & FP9 Bundles Only) and pickup date.

9. Training & Handover
The three-day training (FP9 & FP9 Bundles Only) and device handover take place on-site in Vienna, Austria.

10. Packaging & Pickup
After the training, we carefully pack your device on a EURO pallet (FP9 & FP9 Bundles Only) and make it available for you or your carrier to collect.

11. Delivery Terms
Our delivery terms are Ex Works (Vienna, Austria).
Reccut Audio provides the goods for pickup. Transport, shipping, packaging, and insurance are the customer’s responsibilities.

Sales Process for
Small Parts, Accessories & Spare Parts

Diamond styli, small parts, accessories, and spare parts can be shipped immediately after order confirmation and full payment (including 20% VAT and shipping costs). This ensures a fast and straightforward delivery.
