Thanks to years of research, experience in manufacturing record-cutting machines, and our commitment to exceptional material and build quality, our products require minimal maintenance.

Customers can rely on the fact that a Reccut Audio device—once properly set up and calibrated—will operate reliably for many years without the need for additional servicing.

We offer a two-year warranty for private use and a one-year warranty for commercial use

WARRANTY

All Reccut Audio products are manufactured under the strictest quality controls. Each device undergoes several days of testing to ensure that its mechanical, electrical, and acoustic characteristics meet our high standards.

Only products that fully satisfy our expert team’s expectations leave our facility.

The Reccut Audio warranty applies exclusively to new products purchased directly from Reccut Audio.

If a product is purchased from a non-authorized dealer, warranty claims must be made through that seller.

SALES AND WARRANTY SERVICE

Defective products should always be returned directly to Reccut Audio.

In the unlikely event of a legitimate complaint and a valid warranty claim, Reccut Audio will repair the product at our factory in Vienna, Austria.

For simple issues, we also offer an online service option to help save on shipping costs and time.

WARRANTY – GENERAL TERMS

To demonstrate our confidence in our products and to offer our customers long-term support, we provide:

  • 2 years warranty for private use
  • 1 year warranty for commercial use

Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Reccut Audio.
  • The warranty covers repair or replacement of the device at our discretion. The original warranty period remains unaffected.
  • The warranty does not cover transport, shipping, or installation costs.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • To make a warranty claim, you must provide the original invoice or valid proof of purchase.
  • Warranty claims must be made within two years of the purchase date.
  • This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Wear-and-tear parts such as cutting styli, heating wires, heat lamps, or filters.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, connection, or packaging.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, modification, or use of unauthorized parts.
  • Damage caused by faulty or unsuitable peripheral devices.
  • Damage due to external factors such as accidents, lightning, water, fire, heat, war, civil unrest, or other events beyond Reccut Audio’s reasonable control.
  • Products with altered, removed, or unreadable serial numbers.
  • Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized persons.

PACKAGING

Reccut Audio products are precision-engineered instruments that can be damaged if handled or transported improperly.

The original packaging is considered part of the product—please handle it with care and store it safely for future use.

If a product is shipped or transported without its original packaging or not packed according to the user manual, the warranty becomes void, as transport damage is not covered.

COMMERCIAL USE

For professional or commercial applications, we provide a one-year warranty.
